Box Office
Sell tickets through your own Stripe, hand out QR e-tickets, and scan them at the door.
Sell tickets, paid direct
Your own box office
Box Office turns any event into a checkout. Connect your Stripe account, set your ticket types, and sell from a link or from your own site. Buyers get a QR e-ticket, your door staff scan it, and every sale shows up across the rest of the suite.
Your own Stripe
Sales go through your own Stripe account. Stripe handles payouts, tax forms, and card compliance.
5% (min $1)
5% per paid ticket, with a $1 minimum. Free tickets are free, and you can pass the fee to the buyer.
QR e-tickets
Buyers get a QR e-ticket by email and a hosted ticket page. A refund voids the ticket and returns the seat automatically.
Door scanning + will-call
Scan tickets with a phone camera, green or red, single-use. Plus lookup by name or the last four digits of the card for dead phones and shared screenshots.
No oversell
Inventory is held during checkout and returned on a refund or an abandoned cart, so you can't sell past capacity.
Branded event page + embed
A one-page event link with flyer carousel, venue map, lineup, video, and playlist. Or embed the checkout straight on your own site.
Good for
Good to know
- You connect your own Stripe; card sales need it (free tickets don't).
- It's a ticket link and an embed for your own site and channels.
- Tickets are single-scan QR codes. No named transfers or resale yet.
- No reserved-seating maps yet.
One system
Everything connects.
Every paid ticket rolls into the live settlement.
Buyers land on the door list the moment they pay.
Each ticket sold reduces total expense.
It runs off the same events as the rest of the suite, so a sale flows straight into Headcount's door list and Showrunner's settlement.
