Box Office
Sell tickets through your own Stripe, hand out QR e-tickets, and scan them at the door, all for a flat 50 cents a ticket.
Sell tickets, paid direct
Your box office, your money
Box Office turns any event into a checkout. Connect your own Stripe in a couple of taps and you become the merchant of record, so money lands in your account at purchase and TYF Tools never holds it. Buyers get a QR e-ticket, your door staff scan it, and every sale flows into the rest of the suite.
Your own Stripe
Direct charges on your connected Stripe account. You're the merchant of record; payouts, tax forms, and PCI are Stripe's job, not yours.
Flat 50 cents a ticket
A flat platform fee per paid ticket, never a percentage cut. Free tickets are free, and you can pass the fee to the buyer.
QR e-tickets
Buyers get a QR e-ticket by email and a hosted ticket page. A refund voids the ticket and returns the seat automatically.
Door scanning + will-call
Scan tickets with a phone camera, green or red, single-use. Plus name and card last-4 lookup for dead phones and shared screenshots.
No oversell
Inventory is held during checkout and returned on a refund or an abandoned cart, so you can't sell past capacity.
Branded event page + embed
A one-page event link with flyer carousel, venue map, lineup, video, and playlist. Or embed the checkout straight on your own site.
Good for
Good to know
- You connect your own Stripe; card sales need it (free tickets don't).
- It's a link and embed, not a discovery marketplace; you drive the traffic.
- v1 tickets are bearer QR codes (single-scan): no named transfers or resale yet.
- No reserved-seating maps or promo codes yet.
It runs off the same events as the rest of the suite, so a sale flows straight into Headcount's door list and Showrunner's settlement.
